General Rules

✅ Respect Others – Be mindful of others using the space. Keep noise levels appropriate.
✅ Keep It Clean – Dispose of trash properly and respect shared spaces.
✅ Be Responsible – Take care of the equipment, furniture, and facilities.

Under-16 Policy

👶 Parental Responsibility – Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.
📞 Parental Contact – If a minor exhibits disruptive behavior or damages property, we will contact their parents/guardians.
❌ Zero Tolerance for Aggressive Behavior – Any bad temper, violent behavior, or destruction of property will be reported, and parents will be responsible for damages.

Equipment & Property Damage

🖥️ Handle with Care – Treat our PCs, furniture, and accessories with respect.
💰 You Break It, You Pay for It – If any damage occurs due to negligence or aggression, the responsible party (or their parents) must cover repair/replacement costs.

Gaming & PC Usage

🎮 Fair Play – Respect game time limits and scheduled bookings.
🚫 No Hacking or Cheating – Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modifications is strictly prohibited.

Food & Drinks

🍔 Enjoy Responsibly – Food and drinks are welcome but should be consumed responsibly to avoid spills and damage.
🧼 Clean Up After Yourself – Use designated areas for eating and dispose of waste properly.

Violation of Rules

⚠️ First Warning – A verbal reminder of the rules.
⛔ Second Warning – Possible suspension of services for a period.
🚨 Serious Offenses – Immediate ban and, if necessary, legal action for property damage.
